Christmas mini sessions are the best way to capture sweet memories with your kids to celebrate the holiday season! I had such a blast welcoming numerous families into my natural light studio for my Christmas Mini Sessions this year. Whether you’re looking for a beautiful updated family photo for your holiday card or want your session to be all about the kids because they’re growing up so fast, what better way could there be to capture the magic of Christmas and create timeless memories for you and your loved ones?

What Are Christmas Mini Sessions?

Christmas Mini Sessions are short, focused photoshoots that provide you with beautiful, professional images to celebrate the holiday season. These mini sessions are perfect for:

In just 20 minutes, we’ll capture a collection of images that radiate holiday cheer and warmth.

The Festive Setup

This year’s Christmas mini sessions featured a winter wonderland with a touch of warmth and color that brought the season’s magic to life. Snow-flocked Christmas trees decorated with gold accents, twinkling lights, pops of red, and a fireplace with stockings hung from the mantel set the scene for a classic yet modern Christmas vibe. We start off with that all important family photo so you have a beautiful memory to share when you send out your holiday cards. And then it’s time to capture loads of sweet memories with your little ones as they soak in the magic of Christmas! My sessions are always about inviting kids to play and have fun to capture their personality and genuine smiles. Riding on my antique sled, putting ornaments on the tree, playing with the snow globe, or running and jumping into their parents arms, the kids had so much fun and it shows!
