Charlotte’s Adorable Debut!
Charlotte’s newborn baby photography session was filled with so much love and sweetness! Charlotte and her parents come into my natural light studio when she was 3.5 weeks old. I love photographing newborns at this age because they’re often more alert. This allows us to capture beautiful eye contact, tiny expressions, and those fleeting in-between moments that tell such a genuine story. Charlotte made our hearts melt with some adorable, bright-eyed expressions before getting sleepy and snuggling up with her Mommy & Daddy for a nap.
Charlotte wore two beautiful pieces from my Client Closet during her session. The first was a classic white knit romper with a beautiful textured pattern. Later, mom changed her into a soft pink knit romper that complemented her delicate features perfectly and added a touch of color. We had everything we needed to capture authentic, timeless images that I know these parents will treasure for years to come.
We began the session with Charlotte snuggled in her parents’ arms, soaking in all the cuddles and gentle kisses. As the session continued, Charlotte’s eyelids started giving heavy, which gave us the perfect opportunity to capture her sleeping peacefully like only a newborn can.
Throughout the session, Charlotte’s parents couldn’t help but love on her—holding her close, simply soaking in these early days together. These quiet interactions are at the heart of lifestyle newborn photography, and they made Charlotte’s newborn session so sweet and meaningful.
Charlotte’s newborn session was a beautiful reminder that you don’t need elaborate props or stiff posing to create stunning images. I’m so honored I got to be there to preserve some of these early moments in Charlotte’s story. Welcome to the world, sweet girl!
