Because pictures of dad with his kids remind us how lucky we are. There’s a reason kids squeal with delight when daddy walks in the room. I usually start a photoshoot with a few classic pictures of everyone looking at the camera, but my favorite photos usually come later when the snuggling, tickling, giggling, and dancing have gained momentum. And this is where I see a dad’s love for his kids really shine through. It comes naturally because it’s how dads love their kids every day.
Because kids need pictures of their mom. In many families, mom is in the fewest pictures because she’s the one behind the camera. If you’re like me, many of your favorite pictures are the rare gems of you snuggling with your child. And busy moms know that if something is really important, sometimes you have to carve out special time on the calendar to make sure it happens.
Our kids bring out our best selves. The memories we capture together will be a special treat for you and your children to cherish now and in years to come.
