This year has been unprecedented in so many ways–I challenge you to find any family that would describe their year as “normal.” But in spite of all the challenges and social roadblocks these past months, photography has allowed me to continue to connect with families through an otherwise isolating time. Spending time with rockstar moms and playful dads and genuine kids and adoring grandparents is life-affirming. You inspire me to face and finish each day, no matter how tiring it may seem, with an extra tight squeeze for my own daughter and husband. I have so many favorite moments from my ___ sessions this year–captured forever and shared with loved ones through holiday cards and social media and wall art. I always give my clients the option to keep their images private, but here are just a few of my favorites from those families who have given me permission to share. Thank you so much for trusting me with your most precious people! It’s an honor and a privilege for me to bear witness to the deepest love there is: the love of family.
