2nd Birthday Photos | Pottstown Studio Milestone Session

Miss Elodie recently came into my natural light studio for her 2nd birthday photos. And what a fun time we had together! I was looking back through the years, and I think this was the 5th photoshoot I’ve done for this sweet family. It’s so much fun being a family photographer because I get to watch families and their little ones grow!

Toddler Milestone Session Outfits

Mom brought along a special blue dress for Elodie to wear. The same dress her big sister wore for her 2nd birthday photos! I love special touches like this because they make the photos even more meaningful. Mom also picked out a cute two piece blue and gold floral set from my Client Closet for Elodie’s 2nd outfit.

Elodie’s 2nd Birthday Milestone Session

We started off our session on the bed, and little Miss Elodie was full of smiles!

Of course Elodie also had to test to see how bouncy the bed was… I think it passed her inspection!

And we also pulled the bunny rocker toy out of my Client Closet. This is always a favorite with young kids when they come into the studio for their 2nd birthday photos! Capturing candid moments like this when little ones are free to explore and play is one of my favorite things about being a family photographer.

Here’s what mom had to say when she saw Elodie’s pictures after our photoshoot: “They came out so beautifully and I will cherish them forever! You really did manage to capture her, which really is amazing with her being a toddler and all, haha. I appreciate you and your work so much.” Hearing her excitement makes my heart so full! I’m a mom too, so I know how important it is to create and display memories like these with the ones we love.
